Permanent Recruiter or aspiring recruitment manager for established professional recruitment company operating in the West Midlands
Brief:
Established Company working a developing market allied to its core business. A mixture of contingent and search based recruitment into professional engineering markets, permanent based recruitment with a view to developing a team of consultants to expand the business.
Company:
Independent turning over in excess of Ј17million. Well thought of and well branded organisation with three locations across the UK and additional European recruitment offices.
Would suit:
A permanent recruiter with a leaning toward more technical disciplines recruiting engineers of varying levels. A self starter who is able to network effectively and establish strong internal and external relationships to get the full benefits of the companies core disciplines and business, not to mention strong client ties.
Salary and Benefits
Negotiable but would be looking toward the Ј30k mark for an experienced perm consultant. Car allowances, commission AND performance bonus, health and pension.
